Very delicious crab meat omelet & great juices ( I ordered one w ginger & turmeric) a bit of queue up during weekend lunch , but managed to get seat in 5 mins. Easy to get there !
Chile chorizo omelette tasted fantastic. Side of millionaires bacon was really tasty. thick cut bacon sweet/spicy, so good! The fresh fruit came with a heart shaped strawberry lol!
Everything was wonderful. From the speedy service to the creative and healthy dishes , this is my favorite breakfast/lunch cafe in the Independence area.
Absolutely love this place, the service is always great and the food is even better. The chicichanga is my personal favorite.
The Elote Mexican street corn hash is so good you will cry when you can’t eat anymore!
Tri-Fecta: eggs , meat, pancake . I go for the Banana Crunch Pancake (sub pecans for crunch)

I would not recommend the Vera Cruz Burrito . Nothing but eggs in a wheat tortilla and a disgusting "Vera" sauce. I'm a salsa freak, but this sauce is no good.
