Huge collection and great exhibits ! Sometimes the curatorial voice is lost...visitors get a jumble of info that doesn't always weave itself together, and leave asking what it all meant
Goose turds here are amazing. Nearly stepped on one inside the museum :-(I still however picked up a membership, the museum is fantastic!
It's an interesting and interactive place for learning about Seattle and Pacific Northwest history in a fun way. I love it!
This is an absolutely fabulous museum . Lots to see and do but bring the hand sanitizer, as there is also a lot to touch! Plan on at least 3 full hours to see everything.

Great permanent exhibit showing how Seattle came to be. Difficult to cover in a single visit.
Parking is a bit far away but tolerable. Fun trip to took your kids to as there is a lot of hand-on experience
Seattle's history comes to life! Gorgeous new building on the water. Make a day of visiting.
