Nice bar on the balcony upstairs. The cinema itself is characterful and often has special guest screenings. The high ceilings contribute to a considerably grander experience than your usual multiplex .
Book online in advance to avoid the queues. Then just walk up to the screen door, show the e-ticket on your phone & head straight in. Oh and don't tell anyone but the upstairs bar has a cool balcony .
Fun, retro movie theatre with two bars and a restaurant . Get the burger , don't be a n00b.
Lovely old cinema where you can get a beer and watch a great film . Staff are really friendly too. Highly recommended
Gorgeous little cinema with a great bar
My favourite cinema in London. Well worth the membership to enjoy films here as often as possible!
If you go before 5pm on Wednesday and use a orange Wednesday code it works out that you can see a film for about £3.50p which is value for money at any time.
The Ritzy marries comfortable theatre-feel screening rooms and a chilled out bar/cafe to great effect. Expect a healthy mix of box-office hits and European independents. Read more
After the movie don't rush away, and have a film discussion with your friends at the bar ! Read more
Brilliant cinema , I love it. Watch out for the "popcorn police " - you're not allowed to bring in food and drinks from outside!
The early sessions are the best, because you can have the whole cinema for yourself! They do Orange Wednesday !
I love this cinema . I don't get to go as much as I used to but it is always a joy. Great cafe and bar too.
Brilliant local cinema with a great community spirit. Try any film in screen 1.

The best destination for film geekery. We've enjoyed some of Edgar Wright based fun here. Food is amazing too. Brixton Oval, Coldharbour Lane, SW2 1
Great cinema and bar outside m. Gets super busy.
Indie cinema . Nice bar where you can grab a beer before the movie
Comfortable arty cinema . Nice oasis of calm in Brixton.
Perhaps one of the best independent cinemas in London . But even if you're crazy enough not to enjoy films , you can still find good music and food at the Upstairs Bar .
One of the most photogenic cinema halls
Super comfy seats . Nice cafe area too if you manage to get a table.
Lick froyo available on the concessions stand. Strawberry and elderflower flavour. Classy place , right?
Great bar ! Really comfortable seats in the cinema !
Nice little café attached to the cinema if you need to hang around beforehand.
Support independent movies and movie theatres, choose quality over quantity. And turn off your phone
Best cinema in London charming and well priced. Collect your tickets from the self service dead easy
Great cinema showing indie flicks with good food and snacks
The room 1 is quite beautiful. I do like also having a drink at the upstairs bar .
Solidarity with all Ritzy workers currently in dispute with Picturehouse cinemas for a living wage.
Great film selection and comfy spacious seats .
My fave place London to see films . For now and not too much longer its my local too
Cool independent cinema with little bar to hang out
Awesome food, a great place to hang out with your mates, and a cool cinema .
Cool bar . Screen 1 is in a huge original room.

Beat independent cinema in London ! Love it all!
Comfortable seating friendly staff good bar
Miles better than a bog standard Odeon. Get there early and have drink in the live Jazz bar before the film .
Ask for a beer and plastic glass to enjoy with your movie .
Every Friday - 'big scream' at 11am. Babys and mums only! Very funny to see a car park filled with prams! Lovely cafe attached, nice cakes , happy staff .
Two bars . Sunny? Head upstairs, decked terrace overlooking refurbed square!
Lovely cinema , cheap on Mondays
Become a member; if you see only 3 or 4 films per year you've already made your money back.
Scale 3 flights of steps to get to the rooftop bar . No cinema ticket needed
Screen one is beautiful especially if you get to go on a weekday when it's quieter . Be cautious when ordering breakfast...I'm avoiding their poached eggs .
The seats in screen 5 are SO DAMN COMFY ! ^_^
Get yourself membership - only need to go a couple of times a year to save money
