少し高額で参じやすい場でもありませんが…味は絶品✨特にお店の知名度を飛躍的に押し上げたであろう、Chocolat n'est-ce pas？！が芸術 の域。強すぎない味＆強さの炭酸の後に、爽やかなのに強いチョコレート の風味がしっかり到来。そしてこれらが順番通りで互いの味を邪魔しない。独自の発想と技術に基づいた絶品です。そして自慢のショコラ の味のバランス、付け合せソルベの甘味とコク、素晴らしいの一言。
店内でケーキ とショコラ をいただきました。獺祭のショコラ をオマケでいただきました(^o^)
静か で、ゆっくりできます。オススメ！
