Steak 'n Shake

Here's a tip for steak n shake: on a busy Sunday, invest in a hostess ! Been standing here ten minutes and haven't even been acknowledged!

Our service was wonderful, and so was the food (for fast food burgers I mean).

food is awesome. shakes and burgers . live the double garlic burger with herbs on fries .

The service was mediocore...uhuh is not a word in the dictionary. When I say please and thank you, I expect the same.

The food almost always makes me ill, it is the epitome of all that is wrong with the American diet. Only use for this place is a milkshake for the kid.

Not bad service is bad but what do you expect out of kids. Foods ok I have eatten at better steak ans5 shakes . Burgers tated funny to me.

Omg. Their waiters are so dumb. Seriously take a year to get my order straight! And get it here in a reasonable amount of time!

This place has the worst customer service, it took more than 40 minutes for me to get to the drive-through window, with only one person in front of me.

Tonight I had lousy service for the first time in a long time. Even after taking my order it took K over 30 minutes to bring me my diet soda and she even got that wrong. Ugh!

Please check you're food especially you're shake because last time I came Here I found something strange and chewy in my shake . Not to mention the service was horrible. 100 thumbs down

Worst service ever!!! Took an hour to get a burger at a burger place . Watched my shake sit in window for half an hour. Never going there again.

Service truly is bad. However, didn't expect this to be Morton's - it is stake n shake .

Service sucks. We waited forever for our food, didn't get our shakes until 20 minutes after, and my two friends asked for a water refill that never happened. Keep in mind there were only 5 other table
