A fine dining delight, incredible menu, and locally sourced options. The Colorado meat entrees were all excellently prepared and tomato bisque was hearty with a pastry top. Reservations preferred.
Great menu, excellent food. Best meal of my CO trip. Get the filet and the sticky toffee pudding .
Tartare was great, octopus and veal both overcooked. Gnocchi was fresh and delicious.
Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Try the braised beef short rib , bone-in ribeye , and save room for the awesome hot sticky toffee pudding cake !
Was in Edwards/Vail for the week and ate at all the big names-- Juniper by far was the best atmosphere and food of the trip. Chill at the bar with Kenny-- he'll set you straight!
Get the charles hot sticky toffee pudding cake with a side of caramel ice cream ...it is beyond delicious!!!!
