Excellent hotel and staff . The room is so big and view were great. Sure to be visited again because price is excellent and location is near by Dubai Mall .

U can enjoy pretty good afternoon tea with snacks at member lounge . Please try it, I love it.

You can enjoy nice river view but it is too far to reach nearest MRT station...take a walk around 10 mins.

U can enjoy very nice Arabic dishes at 38th lounge , please try it!

Hotel is nice but the Service and cleanliness could have been better. Great view to Burj Khalifa, close to the Dubai mall (by taxi 10 min), specious double room. The gym is also well equipped.

Nice and large rooms. Location is good for downtown. The service is slow and need a real improvement.

A good new hotel on sheikh zayed road , drop by the W lounge on the 30th floor.

In the night, this area is very quiet . But the Taxi driver does not know the shortest way, it is problem...

Tiny and clean

They have an army of a thousand staff milling around the lobby. They look busy but are actually doing very little except for being in the way. Very strange.

Fancy hotel with a lot of activities inside.
