The crowd! But the barista is freaking friendly ! And they ensure they ask for your name and that thank you too. That's what Starbucks experience should be.

Extremely friendly staff and great service here. one of my favorite branch, other than the Tampines one :)

Everything is absolutely fine. The beverage is tasty and very kind service from the server. I hope the employees keep being positive and put their passion in work. And, don't forget to smile! Cheers!

Has got very noisy now with the opening of the new Sony store next door. Sit inside or on their outdoor balcony .

They have free WiFi here. Awesome. You don't get this in Cebu, except in Marina Mall branch.

Sorry I don't mean to be crude but isn't it more practical to serve the oatmeal bowl on a plate. That way can put the spoon and honey ? Besides, that's the proper standard in a service industry.

Totally serve bad service. Can the waitress be more rude? The 1st time being asked to leave just because we are doing assignments while we still having our drinks. Never come here again!!
