Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is always "out" of something. Plus, you have to wait in a very long line to get the code to the restroom ????

Added 3 heavy spoonfuls of rice making my bowl nearly full I asked for Chicken/Extra Steak & was given half & of each! I asked 4 very LITTLE sour cream & received an enormous amount. Never coming back

The line moves too fast. Especially during weekday lunch hour.

Did a group order online here. All the orders were accurate and bowls and tacos were fully packed

Please get a 2nd register! It's so slow for no reason!

This Chipotle gets slower every time I go. There is little to no efficiency and the staff doesn't seem to mind that the line moves at a very very slow pace.

Very slow and online orders are often wrong. Manager is friendly but there is only so many times one wants to get their order home to find they paid $2.05 for guac but its not on the bowl.

Pretty good for a quick burrito .

Music is so loud it's no wonder the staff can never hear orders. Plus they are frequently out of fajitas .

If you want a normal (full) bowl, you have to ask for extra. And the workers can be a little rude.

Seem to get more toppings when ordering online but don't expect quick service even when paying in advance

Worst Chipotle I've ever been to; as a stockholder, I'm ashamed of this location. Super slow, they run out of ingredients like cheese all too often, and it has a cramped and uncomfortable atmosphere.

It doesn't matter which one you go to they are all busy n slow

My first and finally time at that location. stood in line for 30 minutes. slow employees and not staffed well .

This Chipotle gets too busy and the staff can't handle it. No ice for to drinks, water not working in the bathroom , horribly long line . Hit up another location if you can.

Don't come if you're in a hurry. Always a long and painfully slow moving line .

What do you guys expect? It is the only damn chipotle in SE.

Awful customer service. Not for lack of trying, but it's just clearly everyone's first round in the food service rodeo. Go to an older Chipotle until they get it together here.

Worst Chipotle ever. Inefficient staff and an unwillingness to even try to resolve issues - issues caused by their mistakes in the first place.

This place is an embarrassment to Chipotle. Rice is uncooked. Steak is rock hard. Service is slow. Never coming here again.
