Good diner . Breakfast is really good, their burgers are juicy, and the fries crisp. If you like 60's style dinners , this is perfect.

Best airport food and service I've ever had. Burgers are huge (see pic) and delicious! Fries are not special and not worth $1 for extra Cajun spices . table waitresses went above and beyond. Tip them.

Breakfast burrito was alright. The service is great. I especially liked that the cashier warned me that the bottled drink I was going to buy was expensive . She was looking out for my wallet! Bonus.

this place is actually called Ruby's so I don't know who created it but I just became mayor and it's a 50's style diner at the airport with good food especially the chicken sandwich .

BLTA is the way to go. Bacon was perfect. Skip the fries or go for the onion rings .

Had a 9$ burger which comes without fries . Not the best in Vegas but it hit the right spot. Staff friendly and food arrived within 5 mins.

Great surprise... the baccon cheese burger was excellent

Good option for a quick airport bite. Not going to win any Michelin stars but it fills a gap. Expensive for what it is, but that's standard airport markup.

I love the food at Ruby's but at this location the food is shit and so is the service.

Staff moves slow and a little in their own world but once you get their attention they take care of anything you want. Food was pretty good, a little bland, but nothing to complain about.

Sunday 6am flight - not many choices. Typical airport pricing. Food is okay. The bun had a load if raw flour on it. Strange.

have recommend you skip ruby 's for breakfast , try nearby California Pizza Kitchen they have breakfast starting at 700am

They stop serving breakfast at 10:am SHARP! No exceptions!

One of the best places to eat at McCarran. It's not fast, though. So if you only have a 30 min layover, don't eat here.

Avoid the fries . Hard as rocks even with chili on them. Chili is decent would try the chili bowl next time
