I hadn’t been to Best Buy in years, but this store is really nice. The displays are clean & new, and the staff were friendly . I spent an hour just walking around. Then bought a pair of $90 headphones .

Be aware of all the terms of the Best Buy no interest card and the interest rate of the deferred interest before you max it with a big purchase.

There's always a ton of staff wandering around harassing customers but never anyone at the checkouts

Jacob in customer service was extremely helpful assisting me with a complicated company purchase. Would go back for the service alone!

Their website says they don't match Amazon.com prices, but an associate told me they have some discretion on that. Check before returning large items.

The parking garage is confusing on where you need to go. A directory on each level would be nice

HORRIBLE customer service - avoid it at all costs. If you know what you're looking for, Best Buy has a pretty good selection. Not always the best prices though.

Parking is terrible, it's quicker to park at Northgate Mall and walk over.

Don't ask about their return policy, otherwise they might not sell you what you went there to buy.
