Dirty Frank's Hot Dog Palace

We were driving home from NC to MI, and were starving. I looked up a place to eat and DF's sounded delicious. We found it easily and had a short wait , but OH SO worth it. Loved everything.

Incredible spot. Yes it's small, yes it's crowded , but its all easily ignored as the concept is brilliant and the food perfectly imagined & executed. Good luck not over-ordering b/c it's all so good!

Local treasure. Honestly, if you like hot dogs , then you will find most everything here worth checking out. Live on the edge and try a combination outside your normal dining preferences!

YUM. Good. Fast. Great for late night munchies . If you are looking for some good, quick food look no farther. Not from Columbus, but if I go back I will be visiting again!

Whenever it is available, try the Hell is Real dog. Coney sauce, cheddar , sriracha cream cheese , Flamin Hot Cheetos, and hot sauce

Being vegan can be difficult at times when eating out. Places like Dirty Franks give us vegans a small glimpse of our past lives with out feeling guilty! The fries and vegan dogs were amazing!

Great rotating craft beers on tap . Pretzel appetizer with Sriracha cheese is my favorite. But you come here for the hot dogs !

Classy lady (cheese & potato chips ) and true love always (cream cheese & green olives - a must try) are my faves! The fresh hand cut fries are delish - just like fries at the fair . Great Cbus hangout!

Everything I have had is good. But it's better if you eat at the restaurant . I have gotten dogs to go and they end up being smashed and thrown in the bag. It's not the same and not worth it.

All dogs are $3-$4 dollars and the soft, salty, pretzels with cheese sauce are amazing! Try the "Cowgirl Carmen ": meat coney sauce, cheddar , and fritos . A plain old wiener is called "The Glenn Beck ".

The classy lady and the picnic table are my favorite hot dogs here. And the tater tots are the best. Everyone In Columbus must come here at least once!

This place absolutely lives up to the hype. Get the Sonoran. Or the Chicago. Hell, get anything. You can't go wrong.

Walked here from the greyhound station and even though it's just 2 blocks I would walk a mile. Great prices..Great service..amazing dogs!

This hot dog place has the best vegetarian options in columbus. And the beef dogs are also amazing. It gets crowded but the wait staff is awesome. Best restaurant ever!

Bacon-wrapped ftw! My cousin introduced me to Bacon-wrapped and it's been a revelation.

Go with the romaine lettuce wrap instead of the bun . It gives some texture to that delicious dog.

Started yesterday... The "Franks-giving" dog! Hotdog with mashed potatoes , stuffing, gravy & side of cranberry ! AWESOME! I dare you to eat one and NOT want a nap... Mmmmmm (followed by Zzzzzzzzz)!

Great stuff, Hot Bollywood is a great one. Tots portions are wildly inconsistent. more than enough to share with 2-3 other times just enough for 1

Shark Dog and tater tots were wonderful! They've got cans of Black Label and RC Cola instead of Coke . Nice!

I crave the tots . Veggie dogs are awesome. Veggie coney sauce is amazing.

The only downside tho is how busy it is. If you don't have a lot time on your hands and looking for something fast. come back when you have more time to wait

You have to try the tator-tochos. Best appetizer on the menu. The jalapenos are fresh.

They're great about allowing you to tweak the menu a bit. I added jalepenos , sriracha mustard , and an extra "frank" to my Dog-inator and called it the Double Dog Dare Ya Dog-inator.

All the dogs are great, but make sure you get a slappy pappy .
