I love Michaels, but this location seems to be disorganized... I should of at least went to the one on Cobb Pkwy

Strange store layout. Makes it hard to find what you need. Overall, gets the job done for your average craft store.

If you love arts and crafts this is the place to shop!

A little ridiculous that you can't use more than one coupon a day even if you are whiling to do more than one transaction. They just lost a sale over $100 because she would only let me use one coupon.

YARN good prices and watch out for the coupons!

Never have anything in stock and always a line

Very hard to find things. Not as organized as other Michaels stores.

Not too friendly at the register. Did have some things I needed but still cost to much

Be prepared to wait forever in the framing department...even if you just have a question

For the art student. Suck it up and go to Binders instead. Michaels looked like the underside of a toddlers bed. There was no kind or neatness or organization .

The store cashiers could take a class in customer service!

Yes, whoever placed this in Fousquare can't spell. But, what the heck-good crafts, nevertheless!

This place is a piece of art itself. Impossible to find anything and nobody has heard of customer service.
