Pool tables free til like ten, but the food is incredible. A hidden gem . The gumbo is fantastic and portions are fairly large. Also the collard greens are worthwhile.
It's the best dive bar downtown now that John Henry's is no more. It's a great spot to eat some good food, get drinks mixed by some great bartenders , and find a dark, dingy corner to dissolve in.
Really good food, never mind that it's a bar ! (Really good bar , too.) The Cod Dinner ... OMFG! It's so good I haven't actually tried anything else.
One of the more interesting bars at barmuda. Along with cowfish, lucky's, black forest , and Diablo 's which is worth technically escaping the triangle.
The perfect bar for just hanging out and drinking. There's never a cover, it doesn't take long to get a pitcher of beer , and you can hear yourself (and others) talk. Bathrooms = nasty but entertaining
Drinks here are consistently good and strong. Had to come over here from across the street the other night just to get a buzz going.
