Customer service is abysmal. After having two different people flat out refuse to help me with simple things like looking for the demo product in a box and checking the balance on a gift card, I left.
For checking product avaliability at this location, don't try and call this Best Buy. They never pick up the phone. Call another Best Buy location and ask them to check inventory at this location.
