Benjamin is correct. Parcel pickup is hard to find. The entrance is on the north side of 300 W Pershing at the far west end of the building. Door is unmarked. See pic.

Picking up parcel ? It is not simple. West edge of building west of union station. Best bet; park in front of Archive building to the west of the ramp and walk under the bridge .

These are the nicest most helpful postal employees anywhere. Ignore the negative comments. This post office is always pleasant to go to.

This is by far my fav po! Great service and its located in the beautiful union station.

Laugh at all the people waiting in line as you use the automated postal center. It's faster than 90% of postal employees .

Chelsea

Good luck ever getting them to locate your packages that they lost..and when they can't they will give you a phone number that no one answers. Literally...it just rings forever.

Don't go at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon!!!

Per the usual post office style this place is confusing and inefficient. Thanks USPS.

Michael C

Terrible customer service for passport processing... apparently the rules change for appointment requirements depending on who's on duty.

Lisa King

These are the slowest folks in the world!!!
