Peet's Coffee

While driving from LOs Angeles to San Diego this is my favorite pit stop. Always good staff , good coffee and a clean rest room!

There's plenty of parking in the garage nearby. This place requires a purchase for an hour access to the wifi . Great place to study if you don't need internet, not super crowded like Starbucks.

I like the iced white chocolate mocha with Almond Milk ! Much better coffee than their neighbors.

Try their Sumatra and for darker stronger blend Major Dickens blend is exceptional. Personally do not care for House or Holiday blend

Get dark brew single origin coffees of African or Indonesian origin... Skip medium roast

If you want greater quality Coffee and Tea than Starbucks this is your place Garuda and Espresso Forte are my faves for Lattes . ;-)

Very comfortable atmosphere and really good coffee

Surprised at the state of the chairs here (fully half are torn). Never seen a Peets in disrepair before. Seems fine otherwise though.

They have actual Baristas which Starbucks let go of years ago... Try the water processed beans!
