Good honest Teochew cooking. Cold crab was deliciously sweet, with firm flesh and bursting with roe . Oyster omelette served with a generous amount of plump oysters . Braised duck had good flavour.
Cold crab and braised duck are really good. Duck is tasty and tender, served with a tangy chili sauce . Dragon chicken is good too but Kok Sen's is better.
Love the crayfish , pork in jelly , and yam paste dessert !

The definitive dish for any self-respecting Teochew restaurant is its steamed fish . Ours came undercooked. Waiter took it back for re-steaming w/o a word of apology. Fail x2. (Fish was fresh though)
