These new massage chairs are EVERYTHING!!!

30 minute circuit training is useless here...machines aren't numbered so people are going around in both directions or just using one machine for several minutes at a time. Dislike.

Friendly staff .

The guy working the desk is literally always on his cell playing games. He will ignore you until he finishes what he's playing/texting. Horrible service.

Terrible customer service for Billing Issues. Staff is incompetent. Management is rude and does not care about it's customers. I'd suggest anyone find a different gym to patronize.

STTS = treadmill , MWF = circuit training . Now open 24/7, and only $10/month, so I'm out of excuses.

for a challenging workout try the circuit... 25 reps each machine, NO REST!

Slimming down quite nicely

Wifi and massage chairs rarely work; machines are constantly out of order. Not impressed.
