My first time here and wasn't disappointed. Really good place to come and enjoy with some friends and family, or by yourself like I did. Really good option for my 4th of July.
It's great for bike riding , running or walking. Very spacious and with lots of open space , trees , pavilions, playgrounds and exercise park . Great for outdoor lovers.
Bring water and treats c'os the playing works up a tiny pup's appetite. Then enjoy a peaceful nap when you get home.
Home to Santa's Enchanted Forrest during the holiday season, this park used to be home to horse racing. If you ever run on the track , you will notice that it is soft...for horse safety.
I love the dog park at Tropical Park. It's great that they have two areas, one for small dogs and another one for the larger dogs!
Good dog park , a lot of cabanas to have your own party, baseball and basketball fields and good walking trails

Developed on the site of a former horse track in 1979, the park attracts approximately 1,000,000 visitors annually & is home to the nationally recognized Miami-Dade Track and Field Team.
So much to do. Hard to get a group to sit together as the free picnic tables are sooo scattered.
When you bring your pets out, please bring a scooping bag. Its not nice for someone to step in your pets poop. Thanks!
