Tornado's late night menu is one of my favorite things. The steak sandwich with horseradish sauce is to die for. And I always cap off with their delicious NY style cheese cake and a glass of Malbec .
Must go after 10pm for late night menu. French onion soup and steak sandwich are the best.
The bone-in fillet was absolutely excellent. One of the best steaks I have ever had. The French onion soup was tasty too!
Their coquille saint Jacques. Its everything. Jumbo scallops on a bed of toasted mashed potatoes in a white wine cream sauce . I've been ordering it every visit for almost 10 years.
Get the filet. Warm up with the spinach salad with bacon dressing and pair your meal with the whiskey-tango-foxtrot. Leave feeling full and happy
Post 10pm steak sandwiches are to die for, and affordable . Get a cocktail , I'd recommend a Manhattan , to accompany the sandwich and you're set!
Scallop appetizer is a must. Wedge salad and hashbrowns for sides - very Wisconsin and very delicious.
By far the best restaurant in Madison. Fantastic atmosphere, great wine list , and the ny strip w/ has hashbrowns ain't bad either. Order the bottle of Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir , you won't be sorry.
I enjoy ordering the pork tenderloin with tart cherry sauce . With side salad and hash browns . Yum!
Always delicious, but late night menu after 10p is a great way to finish a night out downtown. Steak Sandwich + Onion Rings ~ $15. One of my favorite midnight stops.
Best to go late at night- music gets better and they have a gourmet late night menu- the Scallops are mouth watering! Try them! Pair it with a real Gingerbeer and Brandy .
Awesome old fashioneds. They have a Cadillac old fashioned made with cognac instead of brandy if you are feeling like something different.
King crabs are amazing! Ribeye is great. Come and enjoy. Great food!!
One of the best steaks I've had in a long time. Sit at the bar if you are alone. Don't let the 1950's vibe fool you. This place is today.

Too pricey ? Come in for the 10pm or later menu. Cheese curds are hot and squeaky. And you can't go wrong with the steak sandwich .
If Don Draper was visiting Madison he would take Betty here. And if he was a "foodie" he would tell the partners back home about the incredible steaks and seafood . The hug booths alone worth it- go!
Best steak I've ever eaten --- the duck was also finished just right. Great ambiance and plenty of parking . A new Madison favorite!
