Our meal ticket was lost one time and the manager was very apologetic and gave us a refund without us having to ask. Very good customer service. Great hot sandwiches !

Why does their chili taste like Taco Bell's taco meat... Poor product for the price, and poor service all around. We have them two chances and they sucked each time. Never again.
