Friendly staff , but if you're needing something replaced and they want you to pay, double check with corporate tech. Quoted $73 for bottom cover on MacBook but website states it as a free replacement.

If you need something from Apple and it's not an emergency or you can order online avoid the store. Absolute chaos with new phone release.

the mac book air doesn't come with a CD port . you have to buy it separately for 80 dollars more!

Be sure and make an appointment ahead of time if going for support, and make sure when you get there your appointment hasn't been mysteriously cancelled. Either way, prepare for a wait.

Extremely disappointed they don't sell other types of fruit here. ie. mangos , bananas , pears , kumquats, you name it.

There is no iPhone 5S. There ARE iPhone 5's (as in plural of "iPhone 5")

If you're more than 5 minutes late they'll cancel your appointment .
