This Tudor style inn is a local landmark in the swanky town of Southampton and one of the best locations for entertainment, restaurants , and of course the beautiful Hamptons coast.
Nice hotel . Rooms are a good size and the beds are fantastic. If I was in n the area I would return here.
Comfy beds !!! Despite what others say service was great. It seems to be slow season right now so maybe that's the difference.
Pullout beds are very uncomfortable, they make up with the great customer service.
Honestly, never stay here. Ive never encountered ruder employees - annoyed when we asked if we could eat lunch in the restaurant , randomly raised the rate for our room and told us to 'deal with it'.

Service at the restaurant is absolutely HORRIBLE. Forgot to give us utensils, stopped serving Sunday Brunch at 11 (!!) even though they advertise otherwise, poolside service is nonexistent. Stay away!
Wifi in rooms doesn't work. Supposedly being fixed. Staff has great attitudes. Other guests? Not so much...

we didn't park for $40. we stayed close and walked. we did rent umbrellas but brought our own chairs. It's one of the best beaches i've been to on the east coast. - NOLA Nites Concierge | Meloney Smith
The fish, pasta and salads were fresh and tasty. The alley seating is lovely on nice summer night - K dar
