This is elevated Dutch Indonesian, so for something closer to the real stuff go to Toko Mitra, but for a nice evening pigging out on a rijsttafel , this is a solid bet.
My colleague and I enjoyed a couple of great rijstafels, which we shared, together with Indonesian beer ! Lekker!

Great place for high end Indonesian cooking... Traditional dishes with (sometimes) a modern twist. Very well prepared. Service might just be the friendliest and most unpretentious in Utrecht.

Voor het beste Indische eten in Utrecht ga je naar Blauw. De rijsttafels zijn fantastisch: je hele tafel staat vol met kleine hapjes die allemaal lekker smaken.
