Good selection of local beers . Bar gets busy around theatre times, but it's big. Good place for large groups.

In a functional, exposed-brick space with an open kitchen behind a long bar , it serves Mediterranean tapas and bar snacks from £2.50 and main meals from £7.50.

Staff seem to have bad reviews on here. There on Friday night they were all really nice, even complemented my shirt ! Mezze is really good, not the best gin & tonics mind you.

Pretty good mocha . Small is a single shot. I did require 2 cubes of brown sugar but I have a sweet tooth. See my fave mocha list.

Excellent food on offer at the Sunday market 10am-2pm. Jerk Chicken is fantastic.

Very child friendly in the day (be warned if you don't have any!), food not bad but essentially one big open space that's a bit impersonal. Saying that there's a good atmosphere when busy.

Great place to enjoy a glass of wine and there's always lots going on :)

Vegetable cakes are amazing. Defiantly go for them with some hummus . Nom.

Saved from demolition by the architect George Ferguson (former president of RIBA), this eatery is just a small corner of the vast WD & HO Wills fag factory , which was reduced to rubble in 1999.

One of the best casual bars in Bristol

A friend of mine let his kid on the stage despite clear signs that say NO KIDS ON THE STAGE. Poor Harry fell off and he's now paraplegic.

Good beer and cider . The perfect post-work pint. Especially if you happen to work above it.
