The beef brisket was very tender. The ribs were seasoned well but not very meaty. Excellent cowboy-style brown beans. Back County 's house sauce is quite sweet & spicy . Nice friendly service !

Stick with pork ribs . Good smoke and pull. Don't put sauce. It's not great. Potato salad and hot beans not great either.
Possibly the worst BBQ in Dallas. Brisket is dry, pepper-less, and smoke-less. Beans are watery. The macaroni salad and potato salad are literally gray. And there's no sweet tea .
