Opens at 11:30am Monday through Saturday. Get there around opening time to beat the crowds. Also, get the Nozawa Trust Me if you enjoy sushi !

Trust Me menu , can't go wrong with chef 's choices.

Expensive but excellent. You are limited to the omakase "trust me menus" but they are excellent and more than enough.

The “Trust Us” tasting menus are the best value in all of sushi . And nothing outlandish in it. Just great, simple fish

They're albacore sushi is the best I've ever had. Melts in your mouth!

They serve their sushi with warm rice , so do expect that. The rice does not stick to the fish but falls apart and all over the plate, table and ... but otherwise the food is delicious

Do not I repeat do not order the Bluefin toro...it is absurd that they pound the delicate Otero...if it actually is bluefin. I found it to be ridiculous that they would brutalized this sacred tuna
