Don't wait for someone to take your order...need to go to bar to order....on the plus side they have accessible outlets for charging electronic devices....

Great beer (20oz glasses) and a lot less crowded than the Heineken club. Food is decent and seating by the window is great.

You can find electric sockets under the table closest to the kitchen door. Sit there to charge your phone or laptop!

The sandwiches are ok, and I think they have a salad . They do have beer , though.

Crazy that the beer is more expensive than the food, says a lot about the quality avoid the wings at all costs

The wings were a combination of grease, lack of taste and disappointment. Avoid them at all cost. Given how much the brand prides themselves on quality, you'd think they'd expand that to the menu.

It's actually worse sitting in this dirty , smashed up franchise than a few feet away in the main lounge . Despite the beer . Not sure how that is possible but it is. Staff are miserable too, bless 'em

Sony know what everyone else was expecting, it's an airport bar . Everything at the airport sucks. At least there's beer here.

Don't drink the Seasonal - Alpine Spring; others ok

This is a beer ONLY kind of place, avoid unless your gates are nearby since service is slow

The reviews are right, this really is the slowest service of all time, slow even for an airport bar .

Unless you have more than an hour to waste, don't go there. Waited 30 min for a sandwich and the place was empty.

Complete lack of service. Waited 20 minutes for anybody to come take my order, while people who came in after me were helped. I walked out.

Slow service - actually almost no service...

Bartender takes shit and refuses to wash hands.

Service is terrible. More or less shouted at barmaid 3 times for napkins to clean a wet table, was completely ignored.

Why not order a beer -

10 bucks for a beer .....yea about that
