I'm in the drive thru often. Yes, the line is often long, but that just tells me that people enjoy the store as much as I do . The drive thru staff is helpful friendly . New staff learns quickly .

My favorite Starbucks! Staff is very helpful. There are a few members of the staff who are slow, and hopefully will improve with time. My drinks are always correct.

Coconut milk and soy milk available as well as iced and hot tea and a few vegan and vegetarian options mixed in.

Yes the wait in the drive thru is long . However the service at the end is very much worth the wait . Oh, and the new warm lemon loaf rocks !!

Honestly the absolute best Starbucks on this corner. And OH YEAH, it has a drive-thru!!

I have come here 30 times in t 60 days . They run out of lemon loaf before the afternoon is over? Store mgr why not try ordering 1-2 couple of extra clothes and see if you don't sell those out.

Best thing I do almost everyday is getting a venti cold brew . This place is potent and less calories

How does one log on to the wifi while waiting in line ? Is a password needed . Or is the wifi only for inside customers ?

The wi-fi is poor on drive thru side. So if logging onto FOURSQUARE, do it a few blocks away. Otherwise great service.

ALWAYS understaffed. 1pm Friday: 16 customers inside, only 2 employees helping them. 9 cars in the drive through with 1 employees helping them.

This is probably one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. They never seem to care that customers are there and they run out of the simplest things like lids all the time

Opens at 630 am but the starbucks on la brea and san vicente opens at 600 am.

Be Patient, this one is slow.
