The lines in garden center aren't bad, nobody usually comes between 7-10. The doors lock around 9:45 though.
The manager is a nice guy that goes beyond his duties to help, but still he can't be everywhere.
If you're thinking of printing your photos at walmart because you can use the machines... well , be there before 8pm. Machines don't work after that :(
