My favorite custard place in STL. The Wizard (menu item) is amazing!
Might use a custard base, but it's frozen with a soft-serve machine and not a custard machine so the texture isn't quite right. Go to Ted Drewes for the real deal.

I always go with a Marshmallow concrete . It's super rich and delicious.
Not exactly Ted Drew 's, but the mainstream thing isn't Maplewood's style anyway. Great frozen custard , concretes , and snow cones .

Apparently getting so close to yummy ice cream makes my spelling go bonkers. Try a combo concrete ...Heath & peppermint pattie is my favorite.
