Make sure you bring tons of patience and free time. Though the agents entertain the guests, for some reason every transaction takes a lifetime of waiting... epic fail pa din. Sad!

Look for the man in Globe jacket upon entry. He will give you the directives.

They do have express lane but sooo bagal . At times, only one globe rep is accomodating the long line of customer esp rush hour. And they cant accomodate all. Need to get a # & wait for hours again.

wifi is so fast but you need to ask the password to their agents...

Express Service Lane is like traffic on EDSA. There is a reason why it is called Express, it should be fast...????
