Love the name! Pho is good. For a little more of a challenge try the wrap-it-yourself spring rolls . Also try the smoothies , avocado smoothie may sound strange but it is quite delicious!

I usually order their "loaded" pho , 'B1' on the menu, but w/o tripe or tendons . Then I substitute 'egg ' noodles instead of rice - Less slimy, and top it off with extra herbs and steamed-spouts...

The Thai tea was very good. The bowls came out piping hot with traditional sides. Delicious!

Do not order anything but Pho . They do a great Pho but the other items such as Phad Thai are not up to par.
