I love the basic burger with fries .

Today our order didn't arrive to the table until 45 mins after we sat down and recieved our drinks. We love Red Robin but this unacceptable.

The Octoberfest burger is good, the ham brings a nice flavor...can't really taste the mustard . And the bun is good but not very pretzelly ;)

Let me say this for the record...I hate this place. It's loud , I don't like the burgers , and the price tag drives me nuts -- BUT, my kids LOVE IT. Just order the onion rings and watch sports center.

Horrible service tonight. Went with my mom, I ordered a freckled lemonade (which is bottomless) never got a single refill, both my moms fries and my fries were double fried or left in fryer too long.
