Alam Damai Recreational Park

here we can exercise, picnic & children also can play the playground . the enviroment are clean & the people there very friendly .

Very nice park . Better than some of the bigger ones in the city . Nicely maintain. With washroom facilities. 6am - 8pm.

Great for evening short run or walk. Small hills everywhere but still bearable.

lots of trees !!! very shady. can come here for jogging even at 1PM & without sunblock.

Dangerous place... Please go with a big group of people!!! Beware all the motorbikes

I jog here. The bottom one is about 500m per circle. The top one is about 800m per one round.

Excelent place for jogging, cycling, exercising. It's also great place for bringing the kids to play.
