They are so rude especially the receptionist ... Lulu and Leen for make up are also rude .. My experience with them is so bad .. Amnah for make up is nice and friendly .. Floor for retro hair style ????

I entered the place for the first time, bad receptionists , hairdresser assistants are cold not welcoming or attentive to customers' need. Horrible attitude Hanadi and her team. Never again ????

My best salon since 2007, Hanadi is the best, but lately I stopped going there due to the bad service and overload on Hanadi , her assistant is doing the hair dye and I hate it!

So I'm always with Hanadi , I put up with the waiting and LONG HOURS of tolerance. This time I came for Bushra with an appointment only for roots, & the whole process only took me an hour. I approve.

I gave this place a second chance, I tried makeup by Bushra , it is good but recommended for small events only. however, she is brilliant with hair! Note: they charge u 100 per extension!

very rude receptionist , bushra did my make up and she didn't prep my skin and the make up was nothing like i requested +the tools weren't clean .. over priced retro for 650-700 shoulder length hair!

Expect to start 2 hours after ur appointment. Used to be a regular at this place .. Not anymore! Nothing's worth the long hours of wasted time! They really need to revise their booking strategy =|
