green tea chocolate lava cake is the best thing they have. green tea tiramisu and Thai tea Créme brûlée when they have those are the next best things. otherwise, yuzu eskimo & matcha bubble tea .
A take-out version of the popular & nearby Spot Dessert Bar. This place serves smaller versions of some of your favourites such as the Chocolate Forest and other pastries and drinks to go.
Yes, the green tea lava cake is amazing. Yes, in my opinion, the golden toast is better. Bit of a wait but so worth it. Do the omakase for a group and get the red velvet & matcha cookies !
We got the 4 desserts for 3 people (as recommended) and it was A LOT. portions are large with a huge scoop of ice cream on each. Personal fave were chocolate green tea lava and golden toast
Get the matcha beer w/ the matcha lava cake ! Also the potted plant dessert , the Harvest , is amazing. Has berries below cheesecake . Arrived around 8/8:15 and didn’t wait at all but line got long @ 830.
Go with a group of friends so that you can try a variety of dishes, including the very Instagrammable Plant chocolate dessert . Try anything matcha on the menu--including the iced latte .
Their Harvest is a great concept! You 'water' the 'plant' (made of berries , cheesecake and merengues covered in oreo crumble) with rose milk tea . Be sure to pick up a loyalty card!!
I had The Harvest and loved it! The berry sorbet is so flavoursome and the pot is full of cream and fruit . Highly recommended!
They offer traditional desserts with an Asian flare. The biggest crowd pleaser is the green tea chocolate lava cake , made of a moist chocolate cake with a gooey green tea filling. Read more
We love their dark chocolate cake with green tea buttercream , the classic coconut , and the apple crumb cupcakes . And when available, banana walnut cupcakes should be at the top of your list.
The Golden Toast was surprisingly good. Also surprisingly large! The toast itself is 6x4x3 inches. It reminded me of Spanish bread from the Philippines - toasted bread that's buttered and sugared.
The Yuzu Eskimo is standout. The banana ice cream in the Banana Chouff is strong but delicious. As someone whom milk doesn't agree with the Coconut Monkeybread is a perfect take in a classic dessert
The Golden Toast was amazing. The flavor of the ice cream & the toast blended perfectly together. It was sweet & the strawberries added a tanginess to the dish. I loved the overall dish.
Get the 3/4 samples and you'll have a happy day. Chocolate mousse , green tea ice cream and berry-based cheese cakes among my favorites here. Oh, and don't forget the thai iced or taro milk tea .
Lava cake was our favorite. The harvest (cake , fruit , creme, cookie crumbles, raspberry sherbet ) and chocolate forest (mouse with pistachio ) were amazing too. Fantastic dessert place. Big portions .
My first time here and I fell in love with the harvest . The presentation is adorable and every bite was amazing. I can't wait for my next visit.
Must go dessert place! Get the matcha lava cake ! The plant looking dessert is also good. I want to try them all! Instagram worthy!
the matcha lava cake is their most famous dessert , but you really can't go wrong (the best deal is to split 3 dishes with a friend)
The real draw at this Asian dessert bar is the ice cream , which has an impossibly silken and dense texture, and is offered in flavors like Ovaltine and Vietnamese coffee . Read more
Go with a group of friends so that you can try a variety of dishes, including the very Instagrammable Plant chocolate dessert . Try anything matcha on the menu--including the iced latte .
The matcha lava cake is beautiful and to die for!! Came at around 8:00 on Saturday and only had to wait 5 minutes for a table
Love this place..it was 3 of us, got the special deal for party of 3..i think$45 for 3 desserts and 3 drinks? Small space, expect a wait, but can sign up so they txt u.
The chocolate green tea lava cake is THE BEST. If you leave without getting that, you are missing out big time! The macaroons are also excellent. Overall great place, clean with nice servers.
The Golden Toast with Condensed Milk Ice Cream is one of the best desserts I've ever had. Try it! The Green Tea Lava Cake was pretty great too.
Get the Golden Toast . Take a bite, close your eyes, and smile. Life’s good.
Desserts with an Asian twist, the choices are hard to resist. Go for the tapas option and order 3 or more. The Chocolate Green Tea Lava is one of the best, and the Green Tearamisu is creatively tasty.
The golden toast is a saccharine symphony of rich butter, perfectly browned brioche , and a liberal drizzling of honey ! The best dessert !
I love this place. So far I've tried the Thai creme brûlée , green tearamisu, green tea cake , sweet potato cake and golden toast and I recommend them all! The Thai tea is really great too :)
I liked The Harvest and the matcha lychee bubble tea . The Harvest is beautifully plated. The matcha lychee bubble tea is light and refreshing.
My absolute favorites: Chocolate green tea lava cake and golden toast . If you got a group or a gigantic sweet tooth, get omakase and try multiple desserts !
What they call tapas is fully sized desserts . Everything here is great. Don't over do it, you'll get a green tea chocolate overdose!
Coconut Almond Nutella Macaroon : Many say that macaroons are the new cupcakes . When you taste this awesome East Village delight you might understand why.
Best Thai dessert spot in NYC. Usually very crowded and might have a wait time. Great desserts . Try their signature toast and lava cake .
Honestly. Best dessert spot in nyc. I get quality every single time. Every single one of their desserts oozes creativity and decadence.
Love how they mix flavors, the pistachio ice cream and chocolate , and green tea ice cream with the chocolate volcano . <3
Everything is delicious here, and the menu changes every season so you’ll always find a new surprise.
They brought soft cheesecake with blueberry compote , oranges and passionfruit foam, and mini cupcakes (Green Tea , Coffee , Coconut , and Mocha ) to Choice Eats- sweet and delicious!
The green tea lava cake was melt in your mouth delicious. So moist and warm offset by cold refreshing green tea ice cream ! Also winners: green tea macaron and lychee matcha tea !
Creative Asian-inspired dessert plates can be found at this Saint Mark's eatery . The chocolate green tea lava cake and the Champagne Mango Crepe are both standouts.
This place is like a tapas bar filled with innovative creations such as the Green tea lava cake . We've never seen an explosion of green tea like it, and we loved it.
Love all their cake . Current favorite the pokeball. Always crowded . Nice place to have a sweet moment.
I had this desert ! Very delicious, not too sweet and nice look
AMAZING lava cake with matcha ! The desserts here looks amazing and they taste amazing too. try the carrot cake and the melting lava cake .
Go with a group of friends so that you can try a variety of dishes, including the very Instagrammable Plant chocolate dessert or the coconut monkey bread .
I love the continued growth of dessert tapas bars in NYC, but I didn't love Spot the way I've enjoyed many other spots. The presentation and service are wonderful but desserts are somewhat bland.
Everything is always delicious with a great presentation I'm in love with my light bulb cup with taro bubble tea
Love the unconventional dessert flavors here. Green tea lava cake is by far a favorite, but all the tapas are amazing - so get a bunch with your friends and share!
The harvest was so good!! Their 3 dessert special is nice but super difficult between two people! Be sure to balance out with a ratio of two sweet and one light.
The green tea lava cake was as delish as it sounds! All the flavor have a natural and clean taste. Tip: if you come an hour before closing all the cupcakes and cookies are half off
Unique and delicious desserts by Thai iron chef Kittichai are perfect for sharing - get 3 for $23 or up to 7 desserts for $55 depending on your party size/appetite
