Just too many times had unpleasant encounters with the staff . Most of them are grumpy. They annoy me with their sighs, mimics and the look on their faces. Makes one feel unwelcome.

Wonderfully spacious and well stocked since its 2009 refurb, this is apparently the busiest Waitrose in Britain. Don't let that put you off: tills are plently, queues are short and staff are friendly .
