Lots of street parking around Virginia and many paths for running - you can create your own running loops up into Pasadena. Park is very clean and maintained and very safe due to the area.
Free entry during the week, weekends - you need proof of a San Marino address or else you must pay...unless you bike or run right by the entrance quickly.
A jewel hidden in the city ! Enjoy the rose garden while you walk the outer loop . Terrific children's play area .

One of the best parks ever... love it here.. so does my dog Chester...it's his favorite place to hang out and ask everyone he meets to throw his tennis ball for him. Thanks for obliging!
