찬은 아주 심플함 양파절임 부추 양배추 샐러드 김치가 전부. 리필은 셀프. 가나안오리는 기본주문이 한마리라고 함. 고구마는 숯불화로에 구워져서 먹으면 됨.
오리고기뒤에 나오는 죽이 아주 맛나니 배를 남겨둘것!
일산 본점은 고기를 입에 넣으면 특유의 숯향이 입안 가득 퍼지는데 통일 동산점은 그게 없음. 게다가 오리에 굵은소금이 쳐서 나와 짠맛이 강하고 가나안덕 특유의 숯향을 느낄수 없다
