There's an Apple Store inside the Best Buy store. It's nothing like a REAL Apple Store. It's more like an Apple Store for idiots. There are no geniuses there, well ... except when I am there of course.
A Best Buy employee sent my shipment to his home address. Safe to say I am never shopping here again.
The sign you up for mobile accounts you don't want, and say oh well , you'll get stuck with the bill for cancelled service.
Stupid manager doesn't know how to return an online order. She kept telling me it's impossible and I should send it through UPS, I went to the Simi Valley Best Buy and returned it there.
