Great food, fresh, brown rice is amazing, if you like to spice it up there is hot chili sauce in jars by the beverage station you can take to your table.
Get your meat steamed, or stock velvet , to save on calories. Ask to get a protien combination, at no extra cost . I like doing chicken and vegetables , esp for dishes that do not come with many veggies .
Anything from the people who created PF Changs is a plus in my book . This place has almost the same food at a cheaper price. I eat there once a week. Try the Kung Pao Chicken extra spicy w/ ex veggies

Pei Wei spicy chicken wif brown rice and won ton soup = $6.73 and is way better than most of the over priced Chinese restaurants in Raleigh.yeah!
Lemon grass chicken noodle if you want to stick to healthy options , chicken with black beans and rice for more protien option.

Try the Beef Teriyaki Bowl but request it spicey . It's also hard to beat the Chicken Lettuce Wraps .
