Really good selection of classes , including lots of seniors classes . Pilates with Maggie is superlative, and her zumba classes are completely crazy!!
If try want to go the beach - book one of the new 5 a side pitches. Absolutely awful!
Nice friendly staff ,not bad gym.And best of all you get a chance to see me working out.:-)
Come to this pool if you want to catch a nasty disease. The most disgusting changing rooms and toilets . Wash in bleach when you get back home.
