The Cattle Drive is something you can not miss if you visit Fort Worth. It is like reliving the Old West.
Daily cattle drives at 11:30 am and 4:00 pm Best to arrive 15 minutes prior to drive, watch the drive from the Stockyards Visitors Center.
This is actually kind of disappointing. About a dozen or fewer steer just mosey a couple blocks through the streets and into the petting zoo . They're probably all the same cows each time, too.
Some good photo ops in the run up to the cattle drive, including on the back of one of the longhorns!
For someone who is new in Texas, this was fun! I have never seen a long horn up close and to see so many of them was exciting!
Must visit for Texans and out of towners alike!
Great attraction for guests and tourists .
Best spot to watch is on the grass where you have a slight vantage
Worlds only twice daily cattle drive , every day at 11:30 am & 4:00 pm, down East Exchange Ave, in the Fort Worth Stockyards.
Awesome! Great for a day with the family. Fun Wild West stuff!
Cattle drive twice a day, you don't want to miss it!
Authentic and fun, great for the family.
It was somewhat underwhelming, but I still had a great time.
Must see if you go to the stockyards.
Stand at the end of the street so you can see them coming toward you.
Awesome here
Daily cattle drives at 11 and 4.
Not impressed.
Make sure to come when there is a cattle drive (one in the morning and another in the afternoon) or a rodeo, otherwise there isn't much to explore :( - Rachel Murdock
Love, love , loooove this place! Such a unique place to experience the roots of Texas! The cattle drive is awesome for kids and adults! (11:30am and 4pm) - Ju Le
Great environment, friendly staff. Can be wicked crowed on weekends but worth the wait. Cold beer. - Sandra Guthrie
You can spend the whole day here and not see everything. - Lucy Trevino
This is the place if you’re looking for a Texan experience if you’re in Dallas/Forth Worth area. The briskets were to die for. Texan dance was fun. Recommended! - Merve Risch
