The tofu here is better than all the other SoCal soft tofu places. I like mine rich, rather than light/bit watery. The side dishes here are to die for, especially the spicy cucumber !
Often compared with BCD, but it's a lot quieter and a lot quicker service. Taste is slightly less better, but not noticable. Cost about the same, too.
Get the BBQ ribs and tofu combo
Ok for the price. Bibimbap was ok and tofu soft was ok. Better tasting options but this was fine for the price point
take home the 32oz container of spicy korean cucumbers . you'll be glad you did.
So so banchan. Decent Kalbi . Soon dubu (tofu soup ) was lucrative warm.. Just ok.
Soooo much better than hard tofu ...
DONOT order Bulgogi !!! The worst ever
brisket , beef tongue & beef belly are my faves . really tender & flavorful . - Nicole O.
Although I still prefer Hang Yang, 190 still offers the best Korean soups in Irvine. My favorites are kalbitang (short rib soup) and wugolji kalbitang (spicy short rib soup). You won't regret it! - Martin D. Ciao
I've been craving dolsot bibimbap for over a year. There aren't too many authentic Korean places to eat northern San Diego county. I will def come back! Spicy cucumber and kimchi daikon r addicting! - Julia Salazar
Their brown sugar milk tea drink is sweet and delicious. The boba is also done right. - Kelley L.
Go to fish section in the back, pick you favorite fish and use their free Fried Service. Fried Cat fish is delicious. - Tom B
