Great classes for training . The steam room and the sauna are, however, in dire need of a face lift .
Highly recommend the early bird swim 5:30-9am. 50m pool and not a lot of people! Ladies, bring your own hair dryer!
The change room floors get very dirty . Bring a pair of flip flops to wear in the shower and locker area.
