If you want a good drink that is strong but not overwhelming, try a venti-5 shot-white choclate mocha-americano. Great service and very efficent. Avoid 7:30 (right before reno high school starts).

Really cool location. Go inside rather than the drive through, though.

Get a butter croissant & caramel brûlée latte ! It is a superb combo. The employees are so nice too.

Most reliable wifi in downtown in a Reno coffeeshop if you're in a pinch!

This staff is the rudest staff . If you have a problem they make excuses and blame you. They are rude if you have a difficult drink and manager has a horrible attitude and everyone wants 2 blame others

This Starbucks has always sacrificed customer service for bottom line but new manager has made it worse! Avoid this Starbucks if you can!
