Arena MMA & Fitness Center

Finally opened in Jeddah. I just joined and I must say what a proper place to learn mixed martial arts . Those who are seriously wanting to learn MMA then Arena is the right spot.

The group exercise experience was amazing. 10 members only per session to do 5 exercises in 25 minutes. You will just need an ???? after you finish ???? then it feels great afterwards.

Perfect place well organized

Even for someone in their 40s, still a great place. Don't let the pumped kids intermediate u ????

It's messed up how the fees are thousands of riyals but the jacuzzi and steam-room operates at 1:00pm. Not even open in the morning. ????????

المحل يحتاج لي تجديد البويه يحتاج لي تخفيض اسعاره غير ذلك قائمة الموسيقى اللي شغاله ماهي مناسبه غير ذلك عدم وجود مدربين عاميين والمقصود بالمدرب العام اللي هو مايندفع له فلوس عشان يتابعك ويعلمك تمارين

نادي أسطوري لكن الأسعار ما تناسبني كطالب ، يمكن لو توظفت بعد كم سنة .
