This is RAAMEN our own version of the Japanese noodle soup. It begins with natural ingredients but most of all from our own thoughts and ideas about how to interpret this genius dish. Simple, healthy but also unbelievable good.

Tokyo and Back is really tasty. Advertised as a poké bowl , but is a bit like a mashup with a bibimbap , due to the kimchi & the acidity/tanginess of the gari.
Pork and sashimi ramen . Not up to the outstanding quality of the late Adam & Albin Matstudio, but at least you get a taste of it.
Their ramen was a bit different from an authentic Japanese ramen but it tasted good anyway!
Good for being fast food court ramen
Don’t get the Veggie Heaven ramen ! The veggies are dumped on top, all cold. Too much algae and too little broth for my taste. Also the broth tastes like some dropped a whole bottle of soy sauce in it.
Amazing ramen !
Too much scallions , the broth is not hot. Tastes good, but it's not ramen .
Best ramen outside of Tokyo (can't beat the real thing), and I've tried a few!
En skandinavisk variant på ramen. Bra om man vill ha något snabbt i närområdet!
Great pizza napoletana. Very light, good ingredients. Small size but definitely worth the experience. Expensive, like all the others in Stockholm. - Stefano Oliva
Had the porchetta, lovely taste of rosemary and thyme but the awesome looking bread felt a bit dry at the time when I was there - Henrik Hägglund
Great umami flavours, authentic ramen with a Scandinavian twist - Rebecka Berggren
Best ramen in Stockholm, authentic flavors and atmosphere. Closest thing to Tokyo you can get. - Malin Hefvelin
Great ramens, one of Stockholm’s best! Besides the classic broth ramens I also recommend trying Mazemen, an intense and creamy ramen without broth. A new must have! (between the classics) - Lennart Andersson
Great modern Food court with many great choices! The ramen and hot dogs are my favourites! - Rebecka Berggren
